I've just spent the weekend on the beach at West Wittering, Sussex, running(!) along the sand and in the sea!!! All for a new advert for The SUN (sometimes fate just laughs at my pet hates!!) I played a very camp hairdresser and it will be shown as the first ad of 2012, incorporating the Olympics with every face of the Great British Nation! The cast, crew and extras were brilliant - so friendly - and what they say about film location catering is absolutely 100% true - Delicious!! In spite of the exercise I've gained a pound or two!!

First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Kudos! craigslist inland empire
